I was introduced to Chiropractic when I had my own back problems and a friend told me that I just had to go and see her Chiropractor. Mostly to humor her, I went and got adjusted and got better almost immediately. I was amazed at how a gentle touch was effective for a problem I thought would never go away. I decided that I would like to do the same for others and moved to Los Angeles to study Chiropractic. When I came back, I established Families First Chiropractic and have been using Chiropractic to encourage healthy and active lifestyle in all my patients.

I always try to be involved in my community and I currently serve as President of the Court Street Merchants Association (CSMA). While earning my Chiropractic degree, I helped establish a free Chiropractic health care clinic in Tijuana, Mexico.

I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baruch College and later earned the degree of Doctor of Chiropractic from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic at Southern California University of Health Sciences. I have continued my education becoming certified in:
Webster Technique
Graston Technique (M1)
Academy of Family Practice (CACCP)
SOT (Sacro-Occipital Technique)
I am also experienced with using Thompson Drop and Activator techniques for those who prefer very low force adjusting methods.
