INSURANCE

I am an
out-of-network
provider

When I first started my practice almost twenty years ago, I decided to be an out-of-network provider because it allowed me to spend as much time as necessary with each and every patient regardless of what their insurance would or would not pay.  Reimbursement rates (what the insurance company pays doctors) continue to decrease each year which forces practitioners  to see more and more patients every hour and creates an assembly line feeling. I believe that by taking the time to hear your whole story, examine, explain my findings and answer any questions you may have, I can then get you better faster.

I am a participating provider with:  Medicare (but not Medicare Advantage)

I am an out-of-network provider with:

Aetna

Anthem

BlueCross/Blue Shield

Cigna

OptumHealth

United Health Care (excluding Oxford)

Insurance plans below do not have out-of-network coverage:

HealthFirst

MetroHealth Plus

Oscar

UHC Oxford

I do not accept slip and fall, Workmen's Compensation, car accidents (PI/NF/WC) assignment.
